Fluff Talk

Postby dan_363363 on Tue Dec 02, 2008 5:59 am

Hi Guys,

I'm new to both the forum and the whole Pick Up scene. I recently broke up with my long term girlfriend and figured the only way to start moving on was to meet new (and hopefully) better women.

I have a couple of friends who are doing this with me. We have started doing a few approaches but I am getting stuck after the opener - I can talk for a bit but then I run out of things to say. Alot of the stuff I have read says that you should do fluff talk and demonstrate value but doesn't give specifics.

Can anyone give me some good examples of fluff talk?

Or ways of demonstrating value? I'm not sure that magic tricks, guessing games and palm reading work in Newcastle or do they? I'd love to get some feedback

Talking naturally

Postby Talon on Tue Dec 16, 2008 6:52 am

Hi dan

From my personal experience and from speaking to others new PU who try to use routines suffer from this.

The problem with routines and many PU systems is that there are canned and have so many rules that it causes you to have to think way too much and becomes artificial

You simply can be a naturally cool problem

“what can I say that makes me sound cool”

“I reached the attraction level so now I need to do step 3”

Girls pick up on the articifualness and know something wrong

The trully confident cool guy does not need to go through a complicated thinking process just to hold a discussion he can react on instinct and just talk

Girls also know this even if its just on the subconscious’s level

Put simply your focusing of what you purpose which is pretty
“please like me”

this affect both the way you physically and mentally act particually in body language which the girls pickup on.

Basic conversational skills- Can you have a normal conversation with someone where they walk away thinking you are normal? Or do you need to cling to routines, cocky/funny, patterns etc.. You need to be able to have a pleasant conversation with anyone anywhere simply by observing social norms and not doing things that are creepy, needy or boring

Can you imagine walking up to a group of girls and saying “please like me”

Of course they would blow you out and yet this is what many PU’s are thinking the entire time in some format

While it may be possible to pickup using routines ,
routines and such create artificial you like a waxed fruit

I’m currently doing the Attraction Institute master class and its really open my eyes to the problems of these PU systems

What I like about what AI techniques is there versality

Instead of having to learn 100’s of rules and rotines they have simple techniques can be used so no matter what happens you have something to say or do.

And if a group blows you out or a girls insults you its actually a good thing which you can use a funny material

Yes I’ve blabed on a lot here so here the actually advice

Go to the AI website http://attractioninstitute.org and sin up

Do the ‘deepest fear exercise’ which will then give you access to all the site

Check out the projection section

The Projection section

Game: Disqualification.

Game: Reframing

Game: Yes, and...

These are some of the good simple techniques I mention

If you just want fluff talk look up

A complete guide to vibing

I’ve added it to the beginner section
